Harry Potter has been raised for 11 years by his mean uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia but has been invited to the Hogwart's school of witchcraft and wizardry for a 7 year education. Hagrid is a friendly large man from Hogwart's that takes him there to the school on a train that takes him and other young magicians to a imaginary world of anything that you can imagine, he meets his teachers and gets accepted into a special group called "Gryfendor". He meets two new friends Ron and Hermoine, during his first year of training they suspect a secret that has been hidden somewhere in the school called "The Sorcerer's Stone" including a secret about his past that he has to find out as well as the dreaded Lord Voldermort. A great deal of "Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone" is an introduction to this fantastic and dangerous world and its richly drawn characters. There's not only a lot of plot to cover in this film, but an entire world to create.
Well crafted and exciting fantasy epic with outstanding performances and a great cast, good special effects, an engaging storyline and excitement abound in a now classic all ages fantasy adventure with even better sequels.
